WHAT IS IT? Naturfloorball 2014 is a different Floorball camp. You not only will enjoy hours and hours of daily Floorball improving your tactics and your technique with the best international coaches in enviable facilities, you will also do activities that you can only do in a natural environmental that offered by the Principality of Asturias and the Council of Lena.
You can perform activities related to nature,
eat every day the best food for athletes, know the customs and history of one
of the most important places in the past, present and future of the region, the
Council of Lena, Asturias door.
WHEN IS IT? From
June 24th to June 29th 2014.
WHERE IS IT? In Asturias, in the North of Spain,is possibly the best known of the regions often referred to as "green Spain", nature has been an inseparable
part of its history. Its particular borders, steep mountains and turbulent seas
has conserved the customs, culture and legends of this old kingdom of
spectacular beauty.
The camp will be in the Asturian town of Pola de Lena (Lena municipality). The vast majority
of activities will take place in the Sports Centre "Jesus Suarez
Valgrande", an installation which includes among other things with two
tracks compatible with the practice of Floorball, changing rooms, gym, aerobic
circuit, swimming pool, or sauna.
The genuine strength of Lena is its landscape, its nature, its magic forests, its fauna... the living art of Lena lands.
WHO ORGANIZED? The organization of the camps corresponds to the Clubs Lena Floorball,
who has the support of the sports area in the town hall of Lena, and Salibandy
Happee Jyväskylä (Finland).
WHO WILL TEACH? Professional
players from Finland, Salibandyliiga. In the next days we will upload the names. Last year our coaches were:
Jaska Kunelius: Jaska is hard working
defender and gives everything for the team in the games, in Happee
everybody likes Jaska and his humorous attitude. Jaska is good with youngsters
and he works as a teacher. Actually is a teacher in high school so that is
important thing when he is coaching.
Janne Kainulainen: He is a creative
player who likes to play with ball. Janne is a team player like Jaska and we
never give up. As a coach he likes to focus on individual coaching and like to
see every player are an individual.
HOW IS IT? Feel Floorball and Nature in a different way! You will enjoy with a lot
of Floorball hours improving your technical skills with international coaches
from Finland in superb Floorball resorts. You will be able to practice several
activities surrounded by typical nature in the North of Spain.
HOW MUCH IS IT? The price is 240
euros. This price includes, accommodation, meals, 6 hours of floorball
practices in a large sports hall with two Floorball courts, gymnasium, a
Fitness room and two swimming-pools. Improve technical precision, Improve your
game intelligence, Increase your speed and agility, gain strength and power,
develop mental toughness, individual evaluation report.
WHERE? The
camp will be in the Asturian town of Pola de Lena. The vast majority of
activities will take place in the Sports Centre "Jesus Suarez
Valgrande", home of the Spanish Championship Play Offs in 2009, an
installation which includes among other things with two tracks compatible with
the practice of Floorball, changing rooms, gym, aerobic circuit, swimming pool,
etc ...
HOW TO COME?
By Plane:
Fly to Barajas airport (Madrid) is easy from any European city. From
Madrid airport there are some buses (Alsa Company) to Pola de Lena. Time is
about five hours and price about 55 € with return trip.
Ryanair:
Many
destinations from many European cities specially, Londond Stansted to Santander
or Valladolid 200 km to Pola de Lena or Madrid 400 km to Pola de Lena.
Easyjet: Direct
flights from London Stansted to Asturias Airport.
